The brand does not shy from controversial artists or subjects; instead provides a platform for these topics to be confronted and explored.
While this posture was known to those in-the-know, it wasn’t immediately apparent when surveying the outward visual or written identity. The goal was to imbue the brand with a refreshed and powerful persona that matched the weight and ambition of its vision. In doing so, an entirely new set of brand elements and new communications frameworks were created – providing the brand with the tools to express itself as the bold, provocative, and confident cultural destination it always was.
